Brett joined the predecessor of Ceredex Value Advisors in 1990. Prior to managing the Small Cap Value portfolio in 1995, he was a Client Portfolio Manager and performed equity analysis. Previously, he worked as a Financial Consultant with Drexel Burnham Lambert and Shearson Lehman Brothers.
Brett graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance, 1985.
