Mills joined the predecessor of Ceredex Value Advisors in 1989 as a portfolio manager. Previously, he worked with Drexel Burnham Lambert, as a Financial Consultant.
Mills graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, 1980. Mills is a Certified Public Account, State of Florida, 1981.
